Houston Ballet will perform a mixed repertory program showcasing the breadth of the company's repertoire: from great classical showpieces like George Balanchine's Tchaikovsky Pas de deux to Solo, a contemporary tour-de-force for three male dancers by legendary Dutch choreographer Hans van Manen. The evening will also feature the best of ballet today, with two recent works by Stanton Welch: Mediaeval Baebes, a showcase for the company's women created in 2008, and Nosotros, a glamorous, romantic display of talent in a magical, star lit setting.
