Jack and The Beanstalk
Hip Hop
Produced by
Ensemble Theatre

This is a non-ticketed performance. No tickets are necessary, no reservations can be made. As a courtesy to Miller, we’d appreciate it if you’d fill out the daytime group attendance form here.

This new version of Jack and the Beanstalk centers around a young boy with low self-esteem who learns to believe in himself. With help from his mother, a loveaeble giant, and his imaginary friends, Jack learns to grow his hopes and dreams like planting and watering a seed, and how to ask for help from his friends.

Pre and post-show student engagement in the form of improvisation and conversation will allow viewers to explore production elements.

Suitable for PL-8th grade audience.

The Mission of The Ensemble Theatre is to preserve African American artistic expression and enlighten, entertain and enrich a diverse community.
