Young Audiences Houston and A.D. Players have teamed up to bring you the stellar children’s programming you’ve come to expect from Miller Outdoor Theatre.

Apollo: To the Moon, written by Mary Hall Surface, is an exciting look at the breathtaking risks and unforgettable heroism of the American Space program. Told through the lens of one young man’s dream to become an astronaut, this thrilling story takes you on the journey that gripped the nation.

Recommended for Grades: K-5, adults and teachers will enjoy learning along with the kids during this beautifully acted performance.

Included here is the Curriculum Guide which includes TEKS and STAAR information, vocabulary guides, classroom connections for before and after the performance, and additional activities for language arts, math, social studies, and science!
