My First Orchestral Concert Produced by Prelude Music Foundation
This is an excellent opportunity for young children and their families to sing, dance, and celebrate the power of music. This interactive 45-minute concert features musicians from some of Houston’s leading performing arts organizations, including the Houston Symphony,
Apollo Chamber Players, and Mercury Chamber Orchestra.
During the performance, families will learn about the different instruments in the orchestra as the conductor describes the instruments on stage, calling children’s attention to how the instruments are played, the different sounds they make, and the many ways that we can make music together.
All performances at Miller Outdoor Theatre are FREE!
