A mischievous fairy’s trick endangers an ancient Chinese village – but is her magic strong enough to save them? Featuring 40 dancers from Dance of Asian America. Based on myths about the concluding celebrations of Chinese New Year.

Express Children’s Theatre is Houston’s oldest and largest multicultural performing arts and education organization dedicated to children and families.

Dance of Asian America promotes and preserves the rich cultural heritage of China through authentic Chinese dance. In doing so, DAA sustains traditions, builds international ties, educates Houstonians in cross-cultural understanding, and fosters new generations of professional artists.
