Producing Partners Reserved Seats

Tickets for Miller Outdoor Theatre’s sponsors, supporters and special needs patrons are pulled from the theatre’s allotment before any tickets are distributed to the general public. The producing organizations use their allotment of tickets for their patrons, staff, cast, sponsors, and for fundraising purposes, etc. Sometimes you can pre-reserve tickets through them before we open ticket reservations. Visit each Producing Partners’ page or social media for updates.

Allocated seats for our Producing Partners help them and Miller Outdoor continue to offer free programming all year long. Additionally, as a nonprofit, Miller Theatre Advisory Board seeks out sponsors throughout the season to support us in continuing to offer free programming.

Ticket Lottery

Some performances at Miller Outdoor are so popular that reserving tickets can be tricky. We want to make sure we afford as many Houstonians as possible a chance to catch a show in a reserved seat, if they choose. For select performances we will be hosting a ticket lottery to help!

  • The day before the selected performance, lottery opens 9a-3p on our website on regular ticket link.
  • Patrons may only enter once, and for a max of 4 tickets. Please note: the size of your party may affect our ability to seat you.
  • Patrons will be asked if they must be seated together or are willing to be seated separately.
  • Starting at 4pm on the same day, if you’ve scored a seat, you will receive a confirmation email. Tickets must be confirmed by the communicated deadline in the email.
  • Seat assignments will be made by Box Office staff. As usual, if you have accessibility needs, please contact the Box Office directly for reservations.
  • As seats are declined, assignments will be sent to the next persons in line, up until 12pm the day of the show.
  • As always, any remaining tickets are available for pickup 1 hour before show time at Box Office, and all empty seats are released to the public at the official show start.
